Heloisa is Director for Research and Operations at InternetLab, a think tank on Law and Technology. She holds a master’s degree in Sociology of Law at the University of São Paulo, where she also earned her Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B., 2018). She was a visiting student at the Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA) of the Institut d'Estudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po Paris). She was a researcher at the Human Rights Law Clinic at FDUSP, and at the Nucleus of Law Anthropology at FFLCH-USP.
