Dr. Patience Emefa Adzo Dzandza Ocloo is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Information Studies, University of Ghana. Her research focuses on Information Management, Information Systems and Information for Development with special interest in how information systems are used to meet information needs of individuals and organizations.
