Jianzhi Zeng is an associate research fellow of the Center of Data Economics & Network Study (ICOI), Shenzhen University, China. Her recent research interests include international investment law and arbitration, computational legal analysis, and international digital economy rules. She obtained her Ph.D., LLM and BA law degrees from Xiamen University, Peking University and China University of Political Science and Law respectively. As a Fulbright visiting researcher, she conducted her doctoral research on the right to regulate in international investment law at Cornell Law School. Before joining Shenzhen University, she worked as a lawyer in Beijing Zhong Lun Law Firm (Top 3 law firm in China), a vice legal counsel in Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration and interned at International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (World Bank Group).
