Jan Zilinsky is research fellow and lecturer at the Chair of Digital Governance at the TUM School of Social Sciences and Technology in Munich. His research investigates how governments, candidates, and citizens use new communication technologies. Zilinsky received his PhD from the Department of Politics at New York University and published papers about the impact of social media on political competition.
