Duoqi Xu is Professor at Fudan University Law School, Director of Fudan Artificial Intelligence Regulation Lab (FAIR) and Affiliated Professor at Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF), Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Her research mainly focuses on Data Law, Financial and Tax Law. Many of her works have been published in leading journals including Computer Law & Security Review, Social Sciences in China, Chinese Journal of Law, China Legal Science, etc. She has visited and taught at Harvard University (as Fulbright Scholar), New York University (as Hauser Global Fellow), Duke University, University of New South Wales and other academic institutions around the world. She is Program Director of Foundation for Law and International Affairs (FLIA), and Honorary Fellow of Asian Institute of International Financial Law (AIIFL). She now serves as Standing Director of China Law Association on Science & Technology and China Law Society for Fiscal and Tax Law, Member of Shanghai Government Legislative Expert Pool, Deputy Director of Shanghai Law Society for Fiscal and Tax Law, Member of the Academic Committee of Shanghai Law Society for Sociology of law, and Academic Advisor of Securities Law Research Society of Xiamen Law Society.
