Beltsazar is a researcher in digital politics and internet governance at the Jakarta-based Centre for Strategic and International Studies. He has led major research projects on issues such as disinformation, data privacy and cybersecurity in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.  Mr Krisetya has engaged extensively with policymakers and published widely to shape tech policy and strengthen democratic participation. His work includes collaborations with Google, Meta, and Luminate, as well as EU-funded research at Universität Hamburg, and most recently through the Safer Internet Lab (SAIL) ahead of Indonesia's 2024 elections.
