Doniz has had an over 25-year career as a Chief of Data, Digital, and Technology, leading Fortune 50 companies' digital & data transformation, cyber, and analytics. She has been recognized globally as an industry expert leveraging technology and data to create  growth and better serve customers and employees, from Forbes Top 100 to lecturer and advisor to global institutions such as MIT, Carnegie Mellon, Virginia Tech, and Cambridge.

Her global experience spans roles across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, bringing a rich international perspective to her work. With roots in Argentina, Doniz’s cultural background and fluency in English, French, and Spanish have been central to her success managing complex, global organizations.

Doniz has been a board member of multiple nonprofit organizations, including The Women’s College Hospital Foundation, Salvation Army and Engineers Without Borders. She serves as an adviser to the Center for Digital Transformation at the University of California, Irvine, Paul Merage School of Business and the International Panel on the Information Environment.  

Doniz is an honors graduate of the University of Toronto with a bachelor’s degree in applied science and engineering and studied post graduate in Industrial Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
