Vincent Chenzi is a lecturer of Disaster Management, Con�ict, Peace and Strategic Studies at the University of Zimbabwe. He has published widely academic articles, book chapters and briefings in refereed journals and with institutional and commercial publishers. Some of his publications are in Review of African Political Economy, Journal of Contemporary African Studies, among others. Furthermore, he has been consulted by various academic, media and non-governmental institutions as an expert on contemporary African politics and media driven unrest. He is a holder of a BA and MA in War and Strategic Studies from the University of Zimbabwe. Currently he is studying for his PhD in Conflict, Peace and Governance at the University of Zimbabwe�s Department of Peace Security and Society. His areas of interest include: African politics, disaster management, digital media, con�ict resolution and nonviolence.
