Pedro Cesar Santana Mancilla is a professor and researcher at the School of Telematics at the Universidad de Colima in Mexico. He holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Vigo in Spain, an M.Eng. degree in Computer Science at Universidad Autonoma de Baja California (UABC), and a Bachelor's degree in Telematics Engineering from the Universidad de Colima.His research interests focus on Human-Computer Interaction, Intelligent Systems, Smart Environments, the Internet of Things, and Technologies to support the elderly and learning.He is a Mexican Academy of Computing member, coordinating the Academic Section on Human-Computer Interaction. In addition, he serves as president of the Mexican Association of Human-Computer Interaction and head of the Human-Computer Interaction Lab (IHCLab), an international research laboratory hosted by the School of Telematics at the Universidad de Colima in Mexico.He has published several scientific publications in books, journals, and conferences, both national and international.
